What is the Spotlight Gym App?

The Spotlight Gym App has two main components. The first is the ability to digitize your workout routine by providing you with the right platform to organize, plan, track and manage your workouts.
Gone are the days of tracking your workouts at the gym with a pen and paper.
Why live in the past and carry around a diary to the gym to track your routines, exercises, reps and sets?
Use the Spotlight Gym App to input all your workout information and trends to track and manage your workouts. Then showcase your progress to your friends with the Spotlight Gym App.
They say if you can’t measure it you can’t manage it and if you can’t manage it, you definitely can’t get all the possible benefits out of it!
We all know working out is a grind and requires a lot of attention and energy. By creating a system around tracking and managing your workouts you take the guess work out of your fitness journey and actually create a strategy to reach your fitness goals. Keep your attention and energy around what will get you to your results faster and not on planning your weekly exercise routines. I still remember the day I was at the gym getting through an intense back and shoulder workout when it hit me, not the weights of course but the whole idea of ... I wish I knew more people here at the gym!
Who are all these people? Can anybody at the gym help me? Can I help any of them? Is there any mutually beneficial relationships I can create at this gym or the gym 10 minutes down the road? Then I realized of course there are opportunities for relationships but how? The Spotlight Gym App was created out of the need and opportunity to create relationships with people who you do have more in common with than you think!

We all know people at the gym are there to improve their body and mind which means we all leave the pleasure of our leisure activities at home to come to the gym to improve our mental and physical health. We have so much in common! We all care about our diet, our appearance, our sleeping habits, working out of course, being the best versions of ourselves, getting tough, being in shape and so much more. How much of these things do you have in common with your friends who don't workout with you? These facts all lead to opportunities to further build relationships with people just like you.
